Welcome to Fairbury 23 Apartments

Dedicated to 55 years and better

Fairbury 23 Apartments in Fairbury, Nebraska, is a historic property. Formerly Fairbury High School, the renovated apartments consist of 26 units of varying sizes and floor plans. Fairbury is dedicated to those of 55 years or better.

Several trophy cases along the hallways display memorabilia of the achievements of former students, some of whom now occupy apartments in the building. Renovated into apartments in 2005, the building retains much of the original woodwork. Some units include teachers' closets, which add to the charm in addition to providing additional storage.
